We seek to be permanent capital for durable and enduring businesses, and partner with strong, committed management teams to create sustainable value over the long term. New Platform Criteria - Size: $8-25M in EBTIDA - Industries: Professional Services (Engineering Services), Distribution, Industrial Services, and Niche Manufacturing. In addition to finding new platforms, EBSCO Capital is also seeking add-on investments for the below portfolio companies: - Bailey International: hydraulic & electronic components for mobile equipment - All Current: electrical components, panel and control shops - PRADCO: fishing, hunting, and outdoor enthusiasts - BISO: mission-critical B2B SaaS ($1-10M in ARR) - EBSCO Information Services: ed-tech, content and research - Luxor Workspace Solutions: RTA furniture and storage, utility carts, etc.
