ECAF SÉNÉGAL

Created in 2014 and inaugurated in 2015; the Space for Empowerment and Support for Women; “ECAF” comes from the brilliant idea of the Regional Women's Solidarity Committee for Peace in Casamance (CRSFPC/USOFORAL). This resource center is a network of expertise offering diversified quality services to vulnerable populations. It contributes to the increase in the level of training and qualification of women and young people, as well as to the respect of their rights which constitute the priorities of the State and of development partners. Concretely, its areas of intervention are: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Gender, Non-formal Education in Human Rights. Informatics and Nonviolent Communication. By 2030, the ECAF aspires to be a multifunctional framework, essential for contributing to active citizenship for sustainable, equitable and peaceful communities.
