ECCI Vietnam is a member of ECC International which formally established in 1998 and now there is exhibited presence through offices in Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and India. We focused on process consulting, automation, solutions and learning outsourcing services. We provide training courses based on 30 international standards, best practices in the world in the following domains and industries: ITX (IT Excellence) as ITIL, COBIT, ISMS, Scrum, CMMI... BPX (Business Process Excellence) as PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Poka Yoke... BeX (Behavioral Excellence) as Leadership, ROI, Train the Trainer, CRM... S&C (Standard & Compliance) as Advanced Internal Audit, Supply Chain Security Management... CSG (Corporate Sustainability & Governance) as CMVP, CSAP, ISO 26000... We apply a new learning approach called “Question Based Learning – QBL” to encourage interaction between participants and trainer as well as among themselves. It means that attendants are center of learning and they keep 80% of time to discuss, debate, question, answer and share based learning; Trainer acts as facilitator and mentor and talks 20% of the time We implement Public training programs monthly in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi on topics related to best practices and international standards and In-house training programs/ services as requirement of clients Overview we develop solutions through models C - A - T (Consulting / Counselling, Assessment / Evaluation - Training) to meet the specific needs of clients as well as help customers obtain the business objectives. We now have nearly 350 customers that are leading enterprises across a variety of functional areas including IT, Energy, Insurance, Gorvernance, Banking, Manufacturing, etc.
