Human Resource Management- Recruitment- Monitoring and Safe keeping Employee Records- Payroll Calculation- Reporting of Employee Insurance- Orientation to New Hire about the company policies and HR manual- Monitor leave, absence and late coming for payroll computation- Maintain & Implement the HR Manual policies- Monitoring compliance of the company policies- Implementing the Disciplinary Process- Implement Employee Termination and Leaving Process- Legal advice and Government compliance in case of termination- Employee Performance Management- Company internal events management - Other duties as assigned by the Management.B. External Consultant, Trainer & Expert Search & Recruitment - Support in new trainer recruitment for AG, as per director of Gen.Dir- Support in consultant search & recruitment - Prepare database for trainer and consultant.- Maintain documentation related to trainer & consultant (profile, contract)- Maintain relation with trainer, consultant, and experts. - Monitor AG team compliance to process (especially the documentation) C. General Support- Support Admin in Legal Documentation Preparation & Coordination - Support Consulting Implementation Associate on review of proposal, contracts & prepare bidding document
