The ECCRGroup Business Coaching mission is to provide tools small businesses owners need, to start, revive, or grow their business, so they can live a quality life and establish a strong foundation for serving their customers. I am a highly motivated leader with over thirty-years years of senior-level management expertise, with a proven track record creating and/or transitioning organizations based on individual structural needs. I founded the ECCRGroup in 2015, whose mission is to provide tools and best practices to embrace change and improve business operations. We operate program offices in Harlem and East Stroudsburg, PA. We also offer virtual Business Coaching services. We provide the following programs: Business Coaching On-The-Go Virtual coaching is a great alternative to face-to-face coaching. Whether you live across the country, in a remote area, are unable to travel, or just feel safer staying in your own space, you can still benefit from a healthy coaching relationship. Virtual Coaching utilizes web-based conference software. Even though virtual coaching is different from in-office sessions, we treat the coaching process the same. We move slowly as trust in the coaching relationship grows. We will identify specific targets and create goals so we can measure change. And we will focus on creating a safe environment where you can face some of the more difficult parts of your life. Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes. Business Coaching The ECCRGroup Business Advisory Group provides outcome-based best practices that encourage decision-makers to be bold, embrace change, and improve their business operations. Organizational Capacity Building-Provides workshops that train community members on how to start their own business or expand a program. These hands-on workshops cover topics such as how to create a business plan, to budget, to apply for funding, to comply with government regulations, and to file documents needed to operate as a Business.
