Echelon Property was founded in December 2020 and is the proud extension of the R&A Dean family commercial real estate owner-manager business model that has a proud 40+ year history of investment in South-East Queensland. As a group we own and manage a diverse portfolio of assets across commercial, industrial, retail, build to rent and childcare with 123 tenants. Echelon Property has grown a team of highly experienced acquisition, development, and property managers together with inhouse planning expertise that continue to acquire, manage, and maintain the family-owned property portfolio. More recently we have formed a full-service property development business predominantly in Childcare and Large Format Retail. The Echelon Property team boasts more than 70 years of combined corporate real estate and financial management experience.
