Echlinville became the first new distillery in Northern Ireland for more than 125 years when the first spirit trickled from its stills in 2013. It has since established itself at the forefront of Ireland's spirits renaissance. As Ireland's first field-to-glass distillery, all our new make spirit is distilled from barley grown, harvested and floor malted on our distillery farm. Home to award winning premium brands including Dunville's Irish Whiskey 'The Spirit of Belfast', Old Comber Whiskey Echlinville Gin and Weavers Spirits.
