Project ECHO | Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes
ECHO at UHN a Ministry of Health funded initiative with an objective to enhance patient care with evidence-based virtual education and online resources.
By fostering an online community where primary care providers connect to learn more about current best practices and to engage and support each other in real-life patient cases, ECHO hopes to share knowledge and education to all primary care providers across all communities in Ontario.
ECHO at UHN is here to serve our healthcare workers as a resource to gain access to new, peer-reviewed, and evidence-based information to better enhance their patient care.
