Echo Communications was started in 1978. We believe that the secret of success in this business is to operate professionally, ethically, and to listen closely to the demands of the clients it served. We have operated on those same principals ever since and they have served the company and our clients well. I first started working at Echo as a young man in high school and returned to manage the company in 1997. Spending so much time here, I have come to know most of our accounts very closely. This is why I take our service so seriously and am proud to be part of a company in which achieving the highest level of customer service is a fundamental goal. We currently operate out of our main call center in Santa Barbara with 25 employees. We use the best call center system available, and have numerous options to help simplify your service.
