Echo Peak Consultancy was formed with the expressed aim of helping customers determine the correct software solution for their Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) and / or Field Service requirements, assist them with the implementation and achieve a high quality solution to meet their organisation’s needs. We have been involved in systems audit, selection and implementation for nearly 30 years, so have seen good and bad practices. We know what good looks like, and how to implement it. Echo Peak Consultancy consists of ‘in house’ expertise and trusted associates. Through this, we can bring in additional resource where the projects require it. Just as important is what we are not. In all cases, our approach is only to accept work within our areas of expertise, rather than seek work on the borders. We do not hold any allegiance, work in partnership or accept any commission from solution vendors – to do so would cloud our impartiality. We do not confuse with jargon or technical speak. Our ethos is simple. Be thorough, be focussed, minimise the client’s risks, maximise the client’s benefits. Our peak performance comes from best practice, but the best implementations come from the pragmatic application of this, rather than methodology dogma.
