Echo Global is an all-in-one communication platform built specifically for Christian ministries. Instead of duct-taped, open-source solutions pulling in all your communication channels, we built a secure omni-channel platform that facilitates conversations in a simple interface with custom reporting. Currently we support email, sms/text, web chat, Facebook comments and Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and even an actual phone conversation... it all comes into Echo's Inbox where a team of responders can connect one-to-one with seekers in one simple and familiar interface. The admin reporting saves our ministry partners, on average, 2 days a month. No more Excel spreadsheets doing all the math and responder management. It's all built in to Echo and we send you a daily, weekly, and monthly report with all your KPIs. We're growing and there is so much more that Echo is capable of.
