Echo Electric was acquired by Sonepar in 2024. Sonepar is an independent, family-owned company with global market leadership in B-to-B distribution of electrical products, solutions, and related services. Sonepar entered the US market in 1998 and continued to grow through strategic acquisitions and organic expansion. Today, Sonepar serves the market through a network of companies with over 491 locations nationwide and 11,000 associates.
We will continue to operate under the name Echo Electric. We will rebrand in 2026 with a new logo to better reflect the parent company’s vision of being part of the Sonepar family.
