ECHO is an NYC-YORP registered, youth-led organization founded in the Philippines by a group of individuals with a common goal. The organization is aimed towards fostering a community with a sense of accountability and obligation by empowering and molding the youth through civic participation in its various projects and campaigns.
The organization is built on these four pillars:
1. Youth – The youth is the succeeding generation that will soon overtake various roles and responsibilities in society thus it is crucial for this next generation to be equipped with the necessary knowledge.
2. Social Awareness – The ever-changing world is constantly unideal to certain extents; thus it is important for the upcoming generations to be aware of these realities.
3. Accountability and Obligation – Through this awareness the youth as the upcoming generation may be ready to answer the call to action. To make rational decisions especially during times of uncertainty.
4. Projects and Campaigns – Physical, first hand projects such as outreaches, forums, online campaigns that are timely and centered towards the youth and their collective growth
