Eck Haubold & Laxmi the largest manufacturer of premium rolls (calendar bowls) in INDIA for the textile and paper industries in India since 1959 when it joined hands with ECK HAUBOLD of Germany. Full set of plant and machinery was imported from the world famous bowl makers VOITH SULZER of GERMANY and installed in near to Mumbai. The company is managed by THACKERSEY group since then. Introduced non-woven Squeezing rolls in 1996.Textile process houses were greatly benefited as they could save lot of thermal and electrical energy due to which they could increase production by 20-30%. ECK Haubold & Laxmi have entered into an agreement with the NCCM Company from the US (http://www.nccmco.com/ ), the new owner of 3M Company’s Mill Roll business, to manufacture the highest performance non-woven rolls in the world for the metals industries in the Indian market. NCCM’s rolls, known world-wide under their old name as 3M rolls, are used in metals companies worldwide ECK Haubold & Laxmi also entered into an agreement with JVM Industries - Germany for Blank washer wringer roll for Automobile Industries.
