Founded in 2005 by a group of major global corporations, the Executive Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF) is a community of senior executives who have a strategic responsibility to build organizational capabilities and drive large-scale change and transformation processes.
Its members enjoy an intellectually and socially inspiring environment that encourages in-depth discourse on key challenges large organizations are facing today. They share experiences, support each other in tackling practical challenges, and engage in consortium projects and joint strategic initiatives.
To assure meaningful conversations and initiatives, ECLF is selective when it comes to admitting members. Membership is reserved for executives from large, usually global corporations that face significant strategic and organizational complexity – typically senior leaders who responsible for an organization's capability development or who drive strategic change and transformation projects.
To maintain a culture of trust and open exchange, the community remains strictly vendor-free.
