ECLS, Inc. provides land surveying, civil engineering, utility locating / mapping services anywhere, anytime as a US Veteran-Owned company. We operate in multiple states and the territories and take great pride on being able to mobilize quickly in order to be on the ground at any location, globally within 72 hours. At ECLS, our staff consists of (5) Professional Land Surveyors, (2) Professional Engineers, (1) EIT, (2) SIT, (2) Senior SUE analysts, (4) Project Managers, (4) Cad Techs, (11) survey field crews, and (5) subsurface utility locating/mapping crews with a combined management experience level of more than 200 years in Land Surveying, Engineering, Utility Locating and AutoCAD Land Development. We strive to provide service to companies that perform on our country’s military bases and a large portion of our time goes into building relationships with firms that work on such projects. We also work with and support organizations like TVA and USVC, who assist our nation’s veterans.
