A few words on Cyberstar – near 40 year expertise on crystal growth equipment manufacturing for photovoltaic silicon, oxides, fluorides, II-VI, III-V and exotic materials. Production line includes: Czochralski Puller, LPE, Mirror furnace, Bridgman furnace, and more.
