Emirates Center for Mobility Research

Emirates Center for Mobility Research (ECMR), known previously as The Roadway, Transportation and Traffic Safety Research Center (RTTSRC) was established in June 2004 at UAE University, with the objective to boost the university’s role in serving the community developmental goals in the fields of road engineering, transportation and traffic safety. RTTSRC’s strength revolves around its five Research Groups, which comprehends a wide spectrum of expertise in various areas relevant to Transportation. These are namely: Efficient Infrastructure, Green Mobility, Connected & Autonomous Mobility (CAM), Integrated Mobility, and Safe Mobility. مركز الإمارات لأبحاث التنقّل والذي عُرف سابقا بمركز بحوث الطرق والمواصلات وسلامة المرور في جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تم انشائه في يونيو 2004 بهدف تعزيز دور الجامعة في خدمة الأهداف التنموية للدولة في مجالات النقل وهندسة الطرق وسلامة المرور وتكمن امكانيات المركز حول مجموعاته البحثية الخمس، والتي تضم كوكبة من الخبرات في مختلف المجالات المتعلقة بالتنقل والمواصلات. وهي: (١) التنقل الآمن، (٢) والبنية التحتية الفعالة، (٣) والتنقل المتصل ذاتي القيادة، (٤) والتنقل المتكامل، (٥) والتنقل الأخضر
