We organise and install insulation primarily targeting blocks of flats around the country.
We work with block management companies and with residents associations.
The types of insulation we can organise include cavity wall, solid wall, loft and underfloor insulation.
We can also assist with significant grant funding for communal heating projects on blocks of flats.
Flat Roof Work:
More often than not when we speak to block managers or major works surveyors we find that we can get sizeable grants for work that was going to be done anyway - like renewing the flat roof of a block of flats.
You take no risk when you work with us. Use your normal contractors. You part with no cash to us. We deduct our share from what we pay you and we will tell you at the outset what you will receive.
Solar PV and electric car charging points for blocks of flats are also of significant interest to us.
