Eco-Power Civil Engineering was established in March 2021, having taken over the operations of Westmoreland Civil Engineering who had been operating since 1996. The Civil Engineering division is part of the larger Eco-Power Construction group, whose other operations include the Eco-Plant Hire, and Eco-Surfacing businesses. amongst others within the wider Eco-Power organisation.
