Eco-Refinery Corporation [Eco-Refinery] is in the early stages of developing a GREEN ENERGY infrastructure type project, namely a Gas-To-Liquids [GTL] Plant which will be converting natural gas to GTL diesel via the Fischer-Tropsch process. The Plant will be built in modular stages at an estimated cost of CDN$400 million per module and up to 10 modules for the total estimated cost of CDN$4 billion, an IRR of >25%, excellent gross annual cash flow of ~ CDN$ 272 million per year per module and with less than a 2-year payback!

Plant Location: the company has secured one section of land (640 acres) located near Hythe, Alberta, Canada - next door to the Veresan Gas Plant.
