Once your preassembled wall panels, roof trusses, and sub-floor assemblies have been delivered, it’s not uncommon for a crew of just 4 workers to be able to erect a 2,000sf, custom home, in just 1 to 2 days. This saves you both time, and money, not to mention having a structure with perfectly straight walls all throughout your home, speeding the process for interior finishing, while also making every one of your subcontractors, extremely happy; no more crooked or bowed walls, which are oftentimes a nightmare for your drywallers, tile setters, and kitchen/bath cabinet installers, slowing down your project, causing untold delays, which someone ultimately pays for (you).
After your framing is erected, and roof sheeted, plumbing and electrical can then be run through pre-punched service holes (no drilling required, saving yet more time and money).
