In today’s society the public in general is not aware of to what extent chemicals are used in clothing. The most common material in clothes manufacturing is cotton. Apart from affecting the environment negatively and requiring large amounts of water, both the growing and production of cotton clothes requires a lot of chemicals, with potential consequences for human health. Young children in particular are at risk with their sensitive skin. Babies who come in contact with strong chemicals are more likely to develop allergies and other diseases later in life. In light of this, EcoBorn saw an opportunity to make a difference.
EcoBorn produces non-toxic baby clothes made of only organic cotton that is already naturally dyed from the plant. We want to encourage a natural and non-toxic future for coming generations. Completely natural - from crop to clothing!
