Founded in 2001, eCODE - the European Centre for Offshore Development has over 200 person years of experience in the Outsourcing Advisory and Implementation Management sector, providing independent, vendor-neutral BPO, ITO and Call Centre consultancy and implementation services to a diverse range of customers throughout continental Europe, the UK and the USA. The company is based in Havant (Portsmouth), with further UK offices in Chester and Leatherhead, a North American office in Springfield, MO and with representative agents throughout Eastern Europe, in India, in MENA (Dubai and Egypt) and in South Africa. eCODE's services are intended to be cost effective, enabling clients to achieve considerable long-term benefits and to derive real and measurable value from any engagement. The Company is managed by directors and partners who have worked within the Outsourcing business for many years. The UK practice is headed by Stephen Bullas, an internationally recognised Outsourcing expert who has previously held senior management positions with major global corporations including Capgemini, Fujitsu-Siemens, IBM and NorthgateArinso. The North American practice is headed by Gary Allman, who also directs eCODE's worldwide Service Delivery team.
