Ecofast's mission is to be the ideal partner in effective food waste management by playing a key role in increasing environmental sustainability.
Born from the vision of Piero Rusconi Clerici, since 1998 Ecofast has always been an innovative SME with high technical and technological know-how in designing, manufacturing and assembling equipments for collecting, managing and reducing food waste for business and private channels.
The real added value is the intuitive shredding centrifugal grinding process (a sort of grating process) and spin-drying technology. This process not only reduces food waste in weight and volume but also achieves a level of purity that is essential for the circular economy (the metal contaminants aren’t gratable, plastic contaminats are lighter than food and for this unlikely processed), making only the residual value available.
If you ask why it’s possible, our answer is: combining this mechanical process and three principles we have called; proximity, simplicity, cleanliness.
• Proximity: means that our machines operate at closest point (within the kitchen area) and at the exact moment when the food waste appear;
• Simplicity: the operator makes the duty required with a very simple operation;
• Cleanliness: food waste becomes rapidly nasty our machines are designed to be easily cleanable avoiding the presence of odors, flies and other insects, taking care of the lesser water consumption.
Our R&D team is constantly working to improve our technologies to better meet the needs of our customers with a view to continuous innovation in food waste management.
