EcoGeospatial, L3C, a data science consultancy providing custom machine learning models with geospatial information systems to assist municipalities with customized infrastructure recovery planning following major incidents -- hurricanes, earthquakes (and now major wars). EcoGeoL3C tools are based initially on geospatial power grid datasets from municipalities in Puerto Rico, across multiple geographies and multiple time frames, before and after Hurricanes Maria(/Irma and Fiona. EcoGeoL3C can thenproject modern, science-based restoration best practices and technologies specific to those geographic circumstances, to encircle the next major power grid incident affecting large populations to offer the best possible solutions, using the best available data, anywhere in the world, to provide the most effective path for rebuilding, saving time, property, and, most importantly, lives.
