EcoHome Financial (“EcoHome”) is a specialty finance company serving the $20 billion Canadian home improvement finance market. Through its dealer network, EcoHome underwrites, originates, funds and services the prime quality loans and leases that homeowners need to finance the acquisition and installation of furnaces, water heater, water treatment systems and other equipment affixed to the home. EcoHome earns fee income and net finance income on the loans and leases. EcoHome is growing by: enlarging its dealer network; expanding across Canada; and, by moving into the non-prime market.
