About Ecoke
Established in 2019, efforts have been underway to develop cleaner /greener technologies. Technologies that can replace carbon intensive raw materials such as coke, coal and anthracite within industrial processes such as the steel industry. With a plant that is already scaled to suit end users requirements that has an existing production capacity of 500,000 tonnes per annum at our production facility in the UK. We have completed trials in trials in 10+ different countries across the globe and are steadily becoming more recognised in the steel industry. ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ ๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐๐จ๐ค๐ยฎ ecokeยฎ serves as a sustainable alternative to fossil carbon products within industrial applications such as steel making. No processes need to be amended, and there are no expensive start-up costs to be incurred. Instead, the briquettes offer instant decarbonisation, aiding in reduced CO2 emissions. Helping the steel industry to stay compliant with environmental legislation and sustainability goals, while also addressing consumer demands and limitations with fossil carbons. Biocarbon is any carbon based on biogenic raw material. By introducing biobased raw material, we can replace the use of traditional coal, coke or anthracite and therefore replace fossil emission with biobased emissions.
