Ecologies supports organisations across the public, private, educational, and non-profit sectors in embedding complexity, system thinking and compassion for a sustainable transition within their operational models and innovation practices. Our approach prioritises actionable impact, cross-sector collaboration, and creativity. We work with a Capacity Building arm, delivering medium and large scale trainings, to engage and activate entire cross-organisational capabilities at once, and with a Strategic arm, centered around our multidimensional assessment tools. Capacity Building With a growing network of partners across Europe and Africa, we deliver high-quality trainings and workshops at scale. Our programmes are designed to build and enhance competencies in systems thinking, cognitive and behavioural skills, the circular economy, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). Our capacity-building efforts are split evenly: 50% of our work is strategically targeted at high-impact sectors such as finance, energy, and the built environment, while the remaining 50% is offered pro-bono to civil society groups, universities, and local communities. All training and upskilling activities are rigorously monitored for quality and effectiveness. Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) consistently exceeds industry benchmarks, reflecting strong participant satisfaction and long-term impact. Strategy The Ecologies Assessments help organizations evaluating the innovation skills of their talent across the entire workforce, the performance and adaptability of their operating processes, their material impacts and contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals. By combining interdimensional qualitative and quantitative data, we uncover value acceleration levers and pain points across the organizational ecosystem, enabling a realignment of culture, operations and business strategy, with clear mandates and a focused direction.
