Every well-meaning website on Sustainability, Carbon accounting and related matters, does not tell us what you and I should do as CXOs in order for us to achieve such reduction in Carbon emission in our own companies. What indeed, are the specific steps I can take as a CXO in order to cut carbon emission in my company? Does that mean an additional cost? While we have water and energy audits, ESG audits, and much more, what we don’t have is any specific set of solutions that can improve the bottom line on what those audit figures show.
