Our advanced soft mounted system is perfectly designed to create the best clean while saving costs on: solvent usage, filters, energy consumption and most importantly time per garment. As you are aware time per garment has drastically increased from the perc machine days. The concerns of bacteria with hydrocarbon has also slowed down production.
With the Ecotech machines along with our Extreme DS solvent you can get the same if not better production per garment as when perc was being used. This system is perfect for larger productions where you do 8 or more loads per day. Our customers do not pre-spot on oil based stains and even if pre-spotted, the clothes are thrown into the machine wet. Due to the soft mounted capabilities our cycle time is under 50 minutes on a full 50lbs or 70lbs machine load. The 850 RPM extraction takes all of the solvent out of the clothes before going into the dry cycle, therefore shortening the dry time as well as preventing dye transfers. Our high intensity energy efficient still tank auto distills the solvent after every load with the distillation completing before the end of the dry cycle. Thus ensuring your machine is fully ready for the next wash.
Our machines are designed purely for hydrocarbon and multi solvents. Most marketed machines are perc machines modified to handle hydrocarbon. Unlike our machines they require unnecessary procedures such as double baths, tank cleaning, water exposure prevention etc. National Waste Clean (NWC), est. 1994, is the direct distributor and brand owner of Ecotech Machinery and is fully backing the service and technical support for all Ecotech products.
