ecoTHRIVE Housing is a non-profit working to create beautiful, affordable, resident-owned villages in King County that nurture community, human resilience and joy.
We’re forming a Community Land Trust to create pathways to ownership that are accessible to people earning low incomes. We aim to move past traditional affordable housing models—that often displace and isolate people—to build a more collaborative approach that meets human needs while addressing climate and ecological sustainability.
