The EcoVision Lab aims at establishing a research group at the frontier of machine learning, computer vision, and remote sensing to solve ecological questions. Its objective is to invent original, data-driven methods at the interface of computer science, ecology, and engineering that analyse environmental data at very large scale automatically. Our research centers on innovative (deep) machine learning and big data analysis technology to solve open scientific questions in ecology, the geosciences, and the environmental sciences.
