EcoYou.Me is a new social networking platform for the Environment, You, and Me. EcoYou.Me's aims are to provide tools which enable us to share knowledge and ideas about sustainability, and live more sustainable lives. EcoYou.Me encourages its members to embrace a deep and comprehensive understanding of how we care for our planet and how we share it with all living things as we edify and prepare for future generations. EcoYou.Me is also about giving a voice to nature, to wildlife, but most importantly to our endangered species. We can make choices about how we live, how we consume, conserve and be a part of a community which help each other together with the basic needs for food, shelter, education, employment and healthy social relationships. Technology can be an enabler in promoting sustainability; the power of social media can be trans-formative for people, enabling them to connect, share information, and work together to have a positive impact on their local community and the environment.
