We are Ensemble of Coffee Research and Education. We want to make the industry more accessible through sharing our resources, knowledge and love for coffee through a co-roasting facility and coffee academy in Sydney, Australia. We offer access to education, equipment and support to help our community make coffee better. We pride ourselves at being a multidimensional business that spans across educating, co-roasting services and manufacturing and distribution of coffee and associated products. We are the proud owners of Stitch Coffee and we will never stop working towards ensuring the progress of our whole industry. Specialty coffee is our life and if we stick together we will create a whole new path for coffee and what people think of coffee.
