Aircraft Lease Management, ECT Aviation Consultancy can assist the owner or operator: • Prepare maintenance contract negotiation strategy • Prepare a maintenance contract negotiation plan • Prepare the scope of maintenance work to be undertaken during the assets life cycle • Engage with the manufacturer to negotiate an appropriate Letter of Intent • Liaise with legal counsel in order to prepare the maintenance contract documentation Delivery • Ensure compliance with delivery conditions as per lease agreement • Liaise with technical management team • Coordination regarding aircraft delivery to lessees / operators Maintenance Reviews • Mid-lease asset and records review • Annual technical review • Aircraft check monitor • Due diligence inspections • Monitoring of major maintenance, keeping our clients’ aircraft up to date and to the correct standard Re-delivery • Compliance inspection in accordance with the lease return conditions • Liaise with technical management team • Report on defects and/or non-compliance issues • Coordination for potential customer inspections Lease term or Pre-purchase or Sales Inspections: • Detailed review of physical aircraft condition • Evaluation of aircraft records • Highlighting potential asset exposure • Providing necessary support to assist in well-informed decision making
