Aircraft Lease Management,
ECT Aviation Consultancy can assist the owner or operator:
• Prepare maintenance contract negotiation strategy
• Prepare a maintenance contract negotiation plan
• Prepare the scope of maintenance work to be undertaken during the assets life cycle
• Engage with the manufacturer to negotiate an appropriate Letter of Intent
• Liaise with legal counsel in order to prepare the maintenance contract documentation
Delivery
• Ensure compliance with delivery conditions as per lease agreement
• Liaise with technical management team
• Coordination regarding aircraft delivery to lessees / operators

• Mid-lease asset and records review
