EDA Forensics specializes in providing in-depth engineering analysis and acting as expert witnesses. Our President, Dr. Essam Dabbour, is a renowned expert in analyzing litigation cases related to municipal/occupiers' liability, including traffic collisions (single-vehicle, multi-vehicle, pedestrian-related, bicycle-related, nighttime collisions, and all other types of traffic collisions), slip-and-fall incidents (related to public or private facilities), and trip-and-fall incidents (related to public or private facilities). Dr. Dabbour's areas of expertise include, but are not limited to road design and sightline analysis, routine/winter road inspection/maintenance, traffic control devices (signal timing, signs, pavement markings, ... etc.), planning, design, and maintenance of pedestrian/cycling facilities, safety requirements in temporary work zones, and nighttime visibility.
