Given the high demand within the United States, EdanUSA was formulated in 2009 to offer local service and support for U.S. sales. We have two offices and a dozen employees located in San Diego, CA. We stock over one million dollars’ worth of inventory in our warehouse as well as spare parts for all of our diagnostic machines. We sell our equipment through our distribution network that consists of over 100 resellers across the United States. To keep the prices of our equipment lower than the competition, we do not have direct sales team.
All of our products come with a three year manufacturer’s warranty, with an on-site Customer Service Department and factory-trained Engineers that guarantee a 24-48 hour turn-time on any service or warranty issues. Our goal is to offer high quality diagnostic equipment, that improves quality of care to patients, with customer pricing 30% ‐ 40% less than that of major U.S. competitors.
