Well, they all say that don’t they – in our experience – yes, but few actually take that approach. Our directors have been around the block once or twice, know the roles we work with, know our jobs, only agree to work with you when we know we can deliver and hate wasting your time or ours. Search, job board and database recruitment is our main day to day work, however we also advise selected clients on business growth and funding when looking to expand, sell or acquire. We do not work with a vast number of clients at the same time, we hate that feeling of “just another in a long line” We nurture our business relationships and want to be working with you for as long as the solution we have meets your requirements, we have been working with some of our contacts for over 20 years.
