He is also a certified SCORE business mentor guiding businesses through their early funding and growth stages. Isaiah has catalyzed, advised, and/or managed new brand, product, and services strategies, customer experience programs, and revenue operations for mid-to-large sized consumer-centered businesses around the U.S. Some of Isaiah’s proudest moments have been from when he's been able to translate these learnings and methods into powerful advice, models, tools, and management support for small New England brands and retailers.
