Eden Alpha is an equity long-biased hedge fund. We invest in good businesses that trade below their value based on their future potential for value creation. We invest in companies that meet the following 5 criteria (“GREAT”): 1. Genuine value proposition to customers 2. Robust demand for the product: top line growth 3. Exceptional management team 4. Attractive unit economics (high ROIC) 5. Trades at attractive price relative to the value We invest in businesses that have their wind at their backs and that increase their value regardless of the movements in the stock market. In addition, we invest in special situations such as spinoffs, stubs, arbitrage plays, liquidations, and a hedged volatility strategy.
