EDEN Promotion is a committed stakeholder in real estate development, founded in 2008 in La Rochelle. As a pioneer in sustainable construction, the company develops a humanistic and responsible vision of housing. With more than 3,300 homes delivered through 78 programs, EDEN works towards a more sober, inclusive, and resilient city. Pioneer in environmental issues, EDEN integrates into its projects a low-carbon strategy, bio-sourced materials, energy self-consumption, and the rehabilitation of existing buildings. In 2023, EDEN delivered the first RE2028 certified building in France. Its integrated engineering office, ATMOSPHÈRE, ensures advanced environmental performance (E3C2, BEPOS, systematic LCA), by mastering thermal, energy, and comfort issues. EDEN also innovates on the societal level: "Volume Capable" housing (ready to finish), participatory housing, co-living, and collaborative management of common spaces. It works to make housing accessible to everyone while promoting community living. Mission-driven company, EDEN relies on the "Avoid – Reduce – Compensate" approach, commits to the ecological transition of territories, and supports solidarity actions in Madagascar through its AMADA association (school, dispensary, reforestation).
