Edge Energy designs and manufactures specialist downhole logging and well-intervention equipment for the Oil, Gas and Geothermal markets The company was founded in 2009 by two engineers with 30 years experience in designing wireline logging tools. Their combined product expertise includes array PLT sensors, tractors and cutters, casing and tubing inspection and the high speed tool bus and telemetry that unifies the platform Edge currently specialises in the development of novel sensor technologies, high-powered electro-mechanical devices, and high pressure and temperature applications used in well monitoring and intervention. Our flagship product is our ultra high speed, high power telemetry and tool bus which finally brings broadband data rates to the downhole environment enabling the next level in down hole analytics which simultaneously enabling high powered intervention techniques.
