The EDGE platform provides the precast concrete industry with a comprehensive solution for project design, estimation, production, erection, and much more. EDGE utilizes the world’s most preeminent graphics software, Revit, to facilitate the creation of detailed 3D models which can be translated into accurate bills of materials and shop tickets, allowing a more seamless workflow from the estimation phase through the erection phase. In combination with EDGE^ERP, EDGE^CAM, and EDGE^CLOUD, users can optimize all facets of their business. EDGE^R: -Custom content provided with the EDGE package makes modeling on the Revit platform more intuitive than ever -Users can efficiently create precast shop tickets and accurate bills of materials for each piece EDGE^ERP: -All piece and material counts can seamlessly be imported directly into many common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems through compatible file formats -EDGE tracks each precast element in the model throughout the vital stages of its life cycle. Users can quickly and accurately determine the number of marks and pieces in a model, quantify elements with added reinforcement, and track the creation and issuance of shop tickets EDGE^CAM: -Leverage your BIM model to facilitate many production automation workflows -Support for PXML version 1.3 from the Progress Group and for Unitechnik versions 5.2, 6.0, and 7.0 -Allows for Laser projection, bed plotting, automated rebar bending, automated concrete distribution, etc. EDGE^CLOUD: -Direct integration to EDGE^R to allow for seamless workflow from engineering to production -Provides interactive 3D and 2D views to allow production personnel the ability to interpret what is being built more easily -An interactive bill of materials allows production personnel to determine what material should be placed where -Grants the ability to make the entire quality control process paperless while still conforming to the recording requirements from many governing organizations
