The creation of EdgeCore Real Estate Group evolved from our decades of professional experience as landlords of high-quality commercial real estate assets in Southern California. As such, we were constantly searching for the optimal operating partner; a third-party manager that understood the ownership perspective, where the focus was on value enhancement, not merely maintaining the status quo. The right balance of owner focus and third-party flexibility was never found. The drive to fill this void is the basis upon which EdgeCore was founded. EdgeCore Real Estate Group is a full service real estate advisory group. Services include: property management, construction/project management, asset management, leasing & marketing, acquisitions/dispositions, due diligence and financial reporting, all from an ownership perspective.
