As mortgage rates in the physical realm continue to fluctuate and inflation is on the rise, more and more people are turning to new possibilities. Parcels of digital land make it possible to be bought, sold, developed, or even rented out to do with as you please in owning a piece of virtual real estate. Our business model was constructed that if you decided to buy one of the 9,999 custom designed NFTs, you would own a fractional share of any of the commerce that happens on your piece of property, similar to a REIT. *This venture is no longer optimal due to operations not being valid at the present time.
