Since its creation in 1976, thanks to its strategies and the supply of increasingly qualified services, Ediltecno Restauri has expanded with great speed, transforming itself from a construction company to a General Contractor: to support this growth, it has obtained quality (ISO 9001: 2015), safety (OHSAS 18001) and environment (ISO 14001: 2015) certifications, and adopted an organization and management model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. The Company has been registered in the National Manufacturers Register since 1980 and in the National Register of Environmental Constructors since 2011. Ediltecno is affiliated to Green Building Council Italy, a non-profit association joined by the most competitive companies and the most qualified Italian associations and professional communities operating in the sustainable construction segment. In 2019 Ediltecno qualified in 15th place in the ranking of the top 50 Italian companies active in the private construction market, in the context of the report of the research company Guamari, created in collaboration with Ance Lombardia.
