Edip Consulting Group is a UK-based management consulting firm that focuses on small and medium-sized companies operating in African markets. We combine our in-house expertise and partnerships with our on-the-ground network of experts to offer customized consulting services aimed at improving the operations of small businesses and aiding them to achieve their business goals. We do not just tell businesses what to do, but we build relationships with our clients to allow us to deliver results through our advise-plus-support model. Part of our work involves collaborating with Governmental Agencies and International Development Organisations to deliver aid and support programs for small businesses.
