This can include undertaking focused market research, engaging with key stakeholders to define a clear product value proposition and identifying key sector drivers, funding opportunities and routes to market. We can also help you identify, acquire and close prospects and potential channel partners within new market sectors.
We have particular experience in building successful go-to-market acquisition, on-boarding and on-going customer development strategies for e-assessment based technology providers working within both formative and summative assessment, as well as with companies using AI to deliver a personalised learning and assessment experience to students.
