University Targu Mures Medical Campus Hamburg (UMCH) is a branch of the European Georg Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Targu Mures. The university was founded in 1945 and has been training medical students for over 70 years. Currently more than 11,000 students are enrolled there. The international medical campus UMCH is located in Hamburg's huge, planned university and research park Science City Bahrenfeld.
